Grievance & Complaint Procedure
In line with MLC 2006, Standard A1.4, and the national recruitment and placement rules of Bangladesh and India, we maintain a fair, effective and confidential procedure for seafarers' complaints about our recruitment and placement activities.
Confidentiality Guarantee: All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality. No seafarer will face retaliation for filing a complaint in good faith.
