Important Warning

Anti-Fraud Warning

Maritime recruitment fraud is a serious and widespread problem. Protect yourself by learning how to identify and report fraudulent activities.

We never charge seafarers any fee for recruitment or placement.

If anyone claiming to represent our company asks you for money, it is a SCAM. Please report it immediately to grievance@skengineering-maritime.com or the relevant maritime authority.

Red Flags - Warning Signs of Fraud

Be alert to these warning signs that indicate a fraudulent recruitment scheme:

Requests for payment by Western Union, MoneyGram, mobile money (bKash, UPI, etc.) or cryptocurrency
Promises of guaranteed employment without proper screening or interviews
Job offers that seem too good to be true (unusually high wages, no experience required)
Pressure to pay immediately or risk losing the opportunity
Communication from social media accounts claiming to represent us
Requests for your personal documents without formal registration
